Long Day

It's been a long day. I have been

hanker'n
for a certain dish I fixed when my kids were little. Friends invited us over for dinner one night and she made this dish swearing the kids would love it. It didn't look promising, but I went along. They did love it! Fixing it tonight came with good memories of long ago friends. I will share this recipe with you. I warn you however, this is one of those 'some of this and some of that' kind of recipe.

Grate raw carrots with the finest grating option.
Add raisins (and walnuts if you want) to the grated carrots.
Mix equal portions of peanut butter and salad dressing. (Enough to bind the ingredients)

Add to the carrots and raisins and mix.

Eat and enjoy!

Christine came home with us Sunday after church. She wanted to eat at McDonalds, so we did. We got her a happy meal which is featuring the Pirates of the Caribean. She asked a question on one had an answer to so I am passing it on to you.
