Grandma Anna's Update
I talked to the doctor today. Her chest x-ray showed the congestive heart condition is worse. It seems the fluid in one area is less than before, but in another area it is much more. They have increased her diaretic. She looks like she feels better and says she feels better. Her bronchitus is better which may be why she feels and looks better.
I apologize if children and siblings have called the nurses station and couldn't get information. Don't give up. I really do try to work "with the system", but it really depends on who you talk to! I was in mom's room today with mom wide awake and a very "authoritatian" nurse said I had to call her doctor to find out the results of the x-ray! Go figure! It is surely a very frustrating major iritation!!! You really can go too far to insure a patience's privicy. These days it seems even the patient can't get information. It is just crazy.
